Who We Are
What We Do:
Haydock Shores is a small owner led company that takes pride in having satisfied tenants. We are the finest Single Family Home Rental company in Northern Illinois. We purchase distressed homes and then use a select group of skilled tradesman to renovate these homes. We pay special attention to detail. We use high end hotels, as a model of how we want our homes to feel. We install all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchens, some with high end features like double ovens. We use high end Kraus Workstation sinks and professional faucets. We replace the old countertops with new granite Countertops. We renovate our bathrooms with top of the line Vanities that have soft close doors and cabinets, Backlit LED mirrors, and thick 1/2" glass shower doors. Typically the bath and sink fixtures are from Kohler or other high end manufacturers. Lighting is replaced where needed with new tasteful fixtures. All of our homes include a washer & dryer. We also keep our houses up extremely well. If a problem should occur, Haydock Shores has a staff of Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, HVAC, and General Handymen to take care of any problem in a timely manner.

Payment Options:
Haydock Shores also has flexible payment options including: Checks, ACH bank transfer, and credit cards with a small processing fee. We use the Zillow Portal for payments, that can also be set up to do automatic deductions from your bank account if desired.
Pet Friendly Homes:
Most of our homes have large fenced backyards, and all of our houses are pet friendly. Plus we do not require a pet deposit like other companies.
Clean neat homes that are problem free:
Haydock Shores prepares each of it’s houses before you move in. Our homes are cleaned by a professional cleaning staff and all wall blemishes are patched and painted. We then go through each house before we rent it, and do an assessment to make sure any little problems are fixed and taken care of before you move in.
